How does it work?
You can create orders manually or import them using an extension or file upload. Once your orders are in the system, you can generate a delivery route based on those orders.
Is it possible to import orders instead of creating them manually?
Yes, you can. Our extensions allow you to import orders from Uniconta or Rackbeat, and you can also upload orders via a file.
Can I monitor the status of my orders?
Yes, you can track order status through the event log, which shows the entire process from order creation to delivery.
Are there any limits on the number of users?
No, there is no limit on the number of users or orders you can have.
What is the billing process?
Billing occurs on the last day of each month. If you add a vehicle in the last seven days of the month, you won't be billed for it until the following month.
How is the CO2 emission calculated for a delivery?
You can choose the method for calculating CO2 emissions. Based on your selection, we will use the relevant data to provide an accurate calculation.
How does the automatic routing system function?
Our system uses geodata and information about your vehicles and orders to suggest the most optimal delivery route.
What should the driver do if they know a better route?
The driver can override the suggested route and choose a different delivery to complete first.
Which countries are covered by the automatic route feature?
Currently, the automatic route feature supports Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. We are continually evaluating additional countries to add. If you need support for a specific country, please contact us.
